Two Osterburg women were arrested in Bedford County on May 8th after Pennsylvania State Troopers discovered 562 baggies of Xylazine, known as “tranq,” during a traffic stop. Forty-six year-old Jennifer Virginia Sell, and forty-four-year old Anna Margaret Strayer, were charged with possession with intent to deliver after contradictory statements and suspicious behavior led to a search that found the drugs in a vehicle’s dog bed, a suspect’s hair, and on their persons. Both suspects are currently held in Bedford County Prison on $250,000 bail.
