Johnstown Police have apprehended 21-year-old Tamir Branham, and are searching for 20-year-old Makayla Porcher in connection with a retaliatory drive-by shooting in Moxham on Tuesday. Investigators say Porcher drove Branham to Highland Avenue to fire at a home, allegedly in response to a shooting incident at her own residence in Richland Township, earlier that same day. Both Porcher and Branham are facing charges that include aggravted assault, reckless endangerment, and illegal firearms possession.
