A State Police Report Indicates That Troopers Arrested 51 Year Old James Emerson And 39 Year Old Kimberley Caylor Both Of Indiana At A Hotel In White Twp. 12 Days Ago. Police Say That They Obtained Two Search Warrants For 2 Hotel Rooms Along Wayne Avenue And Discovered Heroin, Methamphetamines And Marijuana. Police Also Found Large Amounts Of Drug Paraphenalia And Packaging Materials. Caylor And Emerson Were Taken Into Custody And Charged With Possession With Intent To Deliver. They Are Both Locked Up In The Indiana County Jail.
