A Blair County woman accused of hiring a hitman last October had her request for bail reduction denied yesterday. 43 year old Heather Dibert of Duncansville is facing 32 felony charges after she was accused of hiring a hitman to burn down a house in Bedford County where her estranged wife was staying. Dibert is alleged to have hired 34 year old Zachary Sellers of Lewistown to burn down the home her estranged wife was living in with five others, reportedly telling him to “kill them all.” Yesterday Dibert was in Bedford County Court asking that her one million dollar bail be reduced, a request that was denied. Dibert remains in the Bedford County Prison.
