Authorities in Somerset County say crews were at the scene of a fatal vehicle vs pedestrian crash that occurred this morning along Route 281. Somerset Police were asking motorists to avoid the area as Route 281, otherwise known as Tayman Ave., was closed between Neilan Road and Harrison Ave. State police are investigating the crash.
