A three-vehicle crash involving a Penns Valley school bus yesterday afternoon near Centre Hall, resulted in at least one injury and temporary road closures. The incident, occurring around 3 p.m. on Route 45, involved five students, and is currently under investigation by Pennsylvania State Police. A section of Route 45 was closed for a time, but as since reopened.
